Thank you to everyone who attended the first two No Woman, No Cry 5K events!  They were a huge success!!

The 3rd annual No Woman, No Cry 5K will be held Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Potomac Senior High School (3401 Panther Pride Drive, Dumfries, VA) in Prince William County.  The 2013 5K will be an untimed Walk/Run with the run starting at 8:30 and the walk starting at 8:45.

Registration starts at 730.

No Refunds. This is a rain-or-shine event. No Show registrants will not receive shirts or walker packets.
